CAPABILITIES

IC. Fab. is located just west of Tomball, TX.  Being within 15 miles of both Hwy. 290 and IH. 45 positions us for both reduced transportation cost as well as the ability to source the best materials at the best price.

We currently have 8 employees and are positioned for quick turnaround work.  We have the tools necessary to handle most any structural fabrication job.  We are ISO 9000:2001 compliant, with a fully documented quality control manual.  We also maintain many AWS welding certifications.  Our abilities include all common materials including carbon, stainless steel and aluminum.

In addition to fabrication we can provide cnc plasma and oxy fuel plate burning, shearing, bending, rolling, punching, machining, powder coating, industrial painting and galvanizing.

Our products include structural assemblies, skids, tanks, stairs, rails, platforms, pipe racks, pipe supports, shipping crates, process piping, etc. We will also assembly and test as necessary.  In addition to all this we have mobile welding rigs that allow us to go into the field to complete projects.  We work closely with vendors to supply services that we are not equipped to produce.  With a desire to grow, we are always looking for work that will allow us to expand and broaden our range of expertise.  We currently manufacture products that are shipped locally and worldwide.

We do all our shop drawing in CAD both 2D and 3D.  With 20 years design experience we are here to help our customers with any need that may arise.
